• Transfer of Ownership Form.  Use to provide MORE Company with the information of a new owner when the aircraft has been transferred.  A new STC Certificate giving the new owner permission to use the STC as required by FAA Notice N8110.69 will be sent to the new owner when this form and payment for the administration fee has been received ($240.00 per engine).  Transfer STC

• Revision Order Form.  Use to order a current revision for an engine already using the MORE STC ($150.00 per engine).  Revision Order

 

• MORE STC Report Generator Key Order Form ($500.00).  This KEY is necessary to print the final engine vibration analysis report required by the FAA, generated from the DSS MicroVib II Aircraft Analyzer.  MORE STC Report Generator Key Order Form

 

• MORE STC Report Generator Key Renewal Form ($100.00 annually renewable.)
  

• Maintenance Procedures Notification Per FAR 91.409 sample.  This form is used after the Initial Inspection has been performed.  It should be sent along with the FAA Form 337.  As a courtesy, MORE Company is providing this form for use to notify the Local Flight Standards District Office to comply with Federal Aviation Regulation 91.409.  FAA Note Initial
  

• Maintenance Procedures Notification Per FAR 91.409 sample. This form is used when an owner transfers ownership of the STC to another owner.  As a courtesy, MORE Company is providing this form for use to notify the Local Flight Standards District Office to assist in complying with Federal Aviation Regulation 91.409.  FAA Note Transfer
