One of the great benefits of using the MORE STC is that it is easily transferable to a new owner. When a new owner takes possession of an aircraft that has engines using the MORE STC, the new owner needs permission by the MORE Company, Inc. to use the MORE STC as directed in FAA Notice N8110.69 and Public Law 104-264, Section 403.

Forms can be found in the MORE STC Manual, or in the forms section of this website.

Simply follow the steps below:

• Complete the STC Transfer of Ownership Form.

• Complete the Statement of Understanding Form.

• Complete a new MORE Scheduled Inspection Status Sheet if necessary (This sheet is in the STC Manual only).

• Send the STC Transfer of Ownership Form, Statement of Understanding, and applicable fees to MORE Company, Inc., 1132B Airport Rd., Minden NV 89423. These forms may be faxed to 775-782-3349.

Transfer of ownership fees are $240.00 per engine.   

When a transfer of ownership occurs, a notice to the FAA is required at the same time as the new owner registers the aircraft. See FAA Note Transfer Form for details.

An STC Certificate with the new registered owners name in the permission to use statement as required by FAA Notice N8110.69 will be sent via fed ex when payment for the administration fees and above paperwork has been received.
